Community Activities
Staff at our Hemsworth branch have been busy supporting local good causes by donating raffle prizes.
Funeral arranger Chris and Funeral Services Operative Martin donated a selection of wine to the raffle at the Pont Dance, a glam rock themed event in aid of The Prince of Wales Hospice.
There was also a donation of a large toy hamper to a fundraising event at Hemsworth Community Centre for Sophie’s Sunflower Fund by funeral arrangers June and Chris. Sophie is a local girl who has suffered life changing complications due to meningitis.
All the money raised through fundraising is for travel to a specialist rehabilitation in Tamworth for extensive treatment as well as specialist equipment.
